Staff: Emily Winans

After growing up in Southwest Michigan, Emily moved to New Mexico for college and family, then to Florida where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has over six years of working in nonprofit accounting and has lived in Northern Colorado for the past seven years. Emily has volunteered at elementary schools, nature preservations and various charitable events including 5K races and glow golf.

She has a background in banking and spent a few years being a caregiver for a nonprofit for Western Michigan University. She has traveled to eight other countries and enjoys experiencing different foods and cultures. Emily enjoys spending her time with her partner of over 11 years and their cat. She is an avid snowboarder and when the resorts or backcountry are dry, she spends her time paddle boarding and reading.
