Brionna Morgan joins Friends of the Children with more than eight years of experience in education, workforce development, and program leadership. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating pathways that help young people and adult learners connect education to meaningful career opportunities.
Prior to joining Friends of the Children, Brionna led career and technical education and workforce programs serving young adults working toward high school equivalency, industry credentials, postsecondary education, and employment. Her experience includes program development and implementation, employer and community partnerships, career readiness, staff leadership, and building systems designed to improve credential attainment and workforce outcomes.
Beyond her professional work, Brionna has remained deeply engaged in youth development through her church and community. She has supported and led youth-focused initiatives centered on career readiness, professional development, summer programming, mentorship, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people to grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose.
Brionna holds a Master of Science in Community College Administration from Florida A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Livingstone College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is passionate about ensuring young people have access to the relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to successfully navigate the transition into adulthood and build futures that reflect their goals and potential.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Brionna is the mother of two children and enjoys traveling, reading, exploring new places, and spending time with her family. She is excited to join the National Team and contribute to expanding pathways and opportunities for young adults across the Friends of the Children network
