Staff: Aimmee Truong

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Aimmee is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration, where she is looking to expand her skillset and knowledge on non-profit management. Starting out as an administrative assistant in 2015, Aimmee has found her passion in helping impoverished communities spanning her 9-year career working for non-profit organizations such as The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and most recently, her role as an Assistant Director of Gift Accounting, for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Aimmee resides with her partner, Shawn, and their 3 children, along with 5 pets! Yes, you heard right, 3 dogs and 2 cats! In her spare time, Aimmee enjoys a simple cup of coffee and a short read to keep her mind going, along with mini road trips on the weekends and being outdoors as much as possible with her family. During the warm seasons, tending to her small garden and letting her dogs roam free is a must for Aimmee and her family. Aimmee is truly excited to be part of an organization that is committed to nurturing children from a young age while creating an everlasting impact on their future.
