Windi Martin is the Office Leader for Sorren’s Treasure Valley offices and a Shareholder of Sorren CPAs, P.C.. With a career spanning more than three decades, Windi brings significant expertise in financial reporting, audit leadership, and advising clients through complex transactions and transformations. Prior to joining Sorren, Windi served as a senior audit partner at Ernst & Young, where she led high-impact engagements for public and private companies, including initial public offerings (IPOs), business combinations, capital raises, and restructurings.
As the partner in charge of the Treasure Valley, Windi sets strategic goals for the offices that align with firmwide initiatives and goals. Windi is accountable for the Treasure Valley budget and financial performance. This includes managing revenue, margin, utilization of office personnel, local occupancy expense and capital needs. Windi also has the overall responsibility for office morale and creating a healthy work environment.
As an assurance partner, Windi oversees audits, reviews, and attestation services for clients across various industries, including technology, consumer products, health sciences, manufacturing, and agriculture. She collaborates closely across service lines to deliver a seamless, strategic experience for clients, bringing a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to every engagement.
Outside of the office, Windi enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters at their cabin in Central Oregon.
