As Cambia’s Chief Marketing Officer since 2022, Tracy Wiese leads enterprise marketing strategy with a focus on how the organization tells its story, engages stakeholders, grows sustainably, and serves its members. Wiese serves alongside her talented teams in brand and consumer marketing, research and insights, member outreach and engagement, employer and producer marketing, sales enablement, and marketing operations. Her teams’ work focuses on how the organization tells its story, engages stakeholders, grows sustainably, and serves members in compelling and differentiated ways.
Prior to joining Cambia in late 2022, Wiese spent two decades in strategy, marketing, communications, and sales leadership in the health care provider and hospital solutions space helping organizations develop and deliver higher value, lower cost outpatient care in radiology, cancer care, and interventional pain management. Additional experiences in multi-industry consulting, fish and seafood, gourmet grocery, and talk radio have added spice and context along the way. Her constant companions are values-driven leadership, stakeholder centricity, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
Tracy enjoys volunteering, which over the years has included nonprofit council and committee work, pro bono brand and marketing consultation, facilitation of workshops in creativity and authenticity, and mentoring – having been the lucky recipient of great mentoring herself. She’s a certified skipper through the American Sailing Association and, though her roots are Midwestern, she can now often be found with her family and friends either on the water or in the woods near their home in West Seattle, WA.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in English from St. Olaf College and completed executive education programs in product development, finance, and healthcare administration at the University of Minnesota and University of St. Thomas.
