Nellie Biles is the co-founder of World Champions Centre, a premier gymnastics training facility based in Spring, Texas, dedicated to nurturing athletic excellence and personal growth. Established in 2014, the facility was born out of a commitment to provide a stable, high-quality training environment for elite gymnasts. Under her leadership, the center has grown into a world-class institution, hosting national competitions and serving as a training ground for future Olympians. Nellie’s experience as a parent and mentor has deeply informed her approach to leadership, prioritizing long-term support for young athletes.
Beyond her work at World Champions Centre, Biles is a vocal supporter of mental health awareness and foster care reform. She has helped shape the advocacy efforts of her daughter and Olympian, Simone Biles, including initiatives aimed at improving conditions for children experiencing the foster system, and has been actively involved in the Houston chapter of Friends of the Children in her hometown. She is also the founder and organizer of the Biles Invitational, the largest youth gymnastics competition in the country, which supports Friends of the Children as its primary charitable beneficiary. Her commitment to family, community, and excellence has earned her recognition as a role model across the athletic and advocacy communities.
