CONSULTANT - NATIVE YOUTH ENHANCEMENT TRAINING
Consultant to develop a Friends Learning Academy Enhancement Training focused on working with Native Youth, families, and communities.
Friends of the Children is seeking a consultant to develop staff training for professional mentors about how to engage with Native youth, families and community by utilizing a culturally informed approaches and practices. The purpose of the project is to strengthen the professional development of Friends of the Children staff so that they are positioned with the skills for best practices in meeting the unique needs of Native youth and families. This project is funded by a 2022 Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) grant award.
